Ralph Nigro has been a secondary school principal in Toronto since 2003. He began his career in education in 1990 as a French and History teacher. He served as principal at Riverdale Collegiate and later at Martingrove Collegiate in The Toronto District School Board. In 2015 he was elected Chair of the Toronto School Administrators’ Association, which represents over 1000 principals and vice principals in Toronto. He is also the President-Elect of the Ontario Principals’ Council.
Ralph holds Bachelors’ degrees in Political Science , French and Education from the University of Toronto and a Master’s degree in education from York University.
