lan Russell is President and Chief Executive Officer of the Investment Industry Association of Canada, a position he has held since its inauguration in April 2006. Prior to his appointment at IIAC, Mr. Russell headed the Industry Relations and Representation group of the Investment Dealers Association of Canada. In his 20 year tenure at the Association, he has participated actively in many committees and working groups involved in regulatory and tax issues related to the securities industry and capital markets in Canada. He is a frequent columnist in industry publications and is a presenter and speaker on industry issues and developments. This past June, Mr. Russell was appointed Chariman of the Standing Committee on Regulatory Affairs at the International Council of Securities Associations, ICSA. Mr. Russell has an honours degree in economics and business from the University of Western Ontario, and a postgraduate degree from the London School of Economics. He has completed the Partners, Directors and Officers Qualification Examination and is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute.

Nick Barisheff is the founder, president and CEO of Bullion Management Group Inc., a company dedicated to providing investors with a secure, cost effective, transparent way to purchase and hold physical bullion. BMG is an Associate Member of the London Bullion Market Association, LBMA, as well as the Social Investment Organization, SIO. Widely recognized as international bullion expert, Nick has written numerous articles on bullion and current market trends, which have been published on various news and business websites. Nick has appeared on BNN, CBC, CNBC and Sun Media, and has been interviewed for countless articles by leading business publications across North America, Europe and Asia. His first book $10,000 Gold: Why Gold’s Inevitable Rise is the Investors Safe Haven, was published in the Spring of 2013. Every investor who seeks the safety of sound money will benefit from Nick’s insights into the portfolio preserving power of gold.

Andre Philippe Hardy is Head of Canadian Research at RBC Capital Markets, an investment bank that provides a focused set of products and services to corporations, institutional investors and governments around the world. Prior to assuming his current position in November 2013, Andre led RBC Capital Markets Canadian financial services Equity Research team for six years, with direct coverage of banks and insurance companies. Throughout his career as an equity analyst, Andre was ranked consistently as a top analyst in his sectors in industry surveys, while his stock-picking success was validated by his StarMine rankings and his work was often quoted in the financial press. His primers on banking and insurance were unique products, which were widely read by investors as well as management teams. Andre joined RBC Capital Markets in 2007 after almost a decade in the equity research departments of Merrill Lynch Canada and TD Securities. Andre holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He lives in Toronto with his wife and two children
