General

The Empire Club of Canada produces approximately 40 events between September and June.

  • At virtual daytime events, the live webcast starts at 12 NOON EST.
  • At virtual evening events, the live webcast starts at 5pm EST.
  • At in person luncheon events, doors open at 11:15am EST and the
    event starts at 12 NOON EST. The livestream broadcast begins at approx. 12:40 pm EST.
  • At in person evening events, doors open at 5:30 pm EST and the event
    starts at 6pm EST.

Virtual Events

Yes, Empire Club events are open to the public. However, anyone wishing to view the event live must sign-up to attend.

As a podium of record, all our events are recorded and made available to view on-demand on our website within 24 hours of the event.

Empire Club virtual events are open to the public and free to attend. Attendance at virtual events in unlimited. Visit Upcoming Events for details and to register.

Below the on-screen video player in the virtual event platform there will be a Q&A tool where questions can be submitted to the speakers.
You may choose to share your name with the speakers or submit your question anonymously. All questions submitted are received by our team but are not visible to the audience. We try to answer as many audience questions as possible, time permitting.

Yes, during the registration process you can purchase additional guest tickets or purchase a table for 10 guests.

In-person Luncheon events start at 12 Noon EST and end at approx. 1:30 pm EST. Networking is available before the event starts from 11:15 am EST and after the event ends until 2 pm EST.

In-person Evening events start at 5 pm EST and end at approx. 6 pm EST. Networking is available following the event.

Business attire

Yes, at Luncheon events, doors open at 11:15 am EST for networking and we encourage guests to stay after the event until 2 pm EST if they wish for further networking opportunities.

At Evening events, networking is available after the event starting from around 6pm EST.

Noon-hour events: Lunch service is provided. Tickets include a two-course meal with coffee, tea and water.

Evening events: Light hors d’oeuvres and beverages are served.

The location for in-person events is included in the event details which can be found in the Events Calendar and is included in your event registration confirmation email.

No, parking is not included.
