The Empire Club of Canada
Capt Dr. John Niles MSM was President of the Empire Club of Canada in the years 2006-2007. He served in the Canadian Military for nearly two decades. While doing so, he and his wife Liane have run an Emergency and Treatment home for “crack” and heroin-addicted infants and violently abused and medically fragile children out of their own home. Together, they have cared for over 1,200 children in the last 30 years. Capt Niles is a Registered Psychotherapist and before joining the military worked in social work and the ministry.
