Michel has been a Principal of NDB Group Syndications since 2012.
NDB Group Syndications is an exempt market dealer specializing in the design and distribution of conservative tax minimization strategies for high-income individuals and private Canadian Controlled Private Corporations primarily through structured flow-through share transactions.
Michel also has over 25 years of Investment Banking and Debt Capital Markets experience in Toronto and London, England. He has worked in fixed income sales, derivatives sales and corporate finance for small, medium and large-cap clients. Prior to NDB Group Syndications, Michel was most recently a Managing Director at National Bank Financial in Toronto. He has also worked at Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley and SG Warburg & Co Ltd. He has a B. Comm from McGill University.
