Verity Sylvester has over 25 years of business experience across a diverse range of industries, with expertise in corporate sales, executive search and marketing to emerging and Fortune 500 companies. Prior to her present position as Vice President at CMC+CO, a Canadian telecom expense management firm, Verity worked in the executive recruiting business and was a Co-Founder of an executive search firm for over 10 years.
Verity volunteers her time for a number of community organizations. Among them, she was a mentor for and a member of the board of directors of GEM (Girls E-Mentorship), a mentoring program dedicated to helping young women; Past President and board member of The Empire Club of Canada; and Past President of the Empire Club Foundation. Currently, Verity is a board member and Vice President for the Empire Club Foundation and volunteers for 100 Women Who Care.
Verity is always interested in sharing her enthusiasm for cycling trips around the world, hiking, her love of the Canadian outdoors and her two adventurous girls.
