Volunteering with the Empire Club is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on event experience, expand your professional network, and engage directly with influential speakers and guests from across industries.
What to Expect
Most of our events take place from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Volunteers are asked to arrive earlier — typically between 9:30 and 10:00 a.m. — to assist with setup, which may include arranging banners, placing programs on tables, and preparing the venue.
Volunteers assist with setup and takedown, and are fully welcome to participate in and enjoy the event itself.
Volunteer Roles May Include
Wayfinding — Helping guests navigate the venue
Registration — Assisting guests with check-in, table assignments, and seating
VIP Reception — Welcoming VIP guests, guiding them to the reception area, and supporting photos and the processional
Before each event, a short orientation is hosted to walk volunteers through their responsibilities and ensure everyone feels confident and supported in their role.
