Tony Griffiths In Conversation With Howard Green On Real Life Governance Matters in the Boardroom
Tony Griffiths: Born in Rangoon, Burma, and educated in the United States and Canada. He holds an MBA from Harvard. He is the chairman of Russel Metals Inc., and Novadaq Technologies, and a director of Vitran Corp., and is a director of The Brick. Previous directorships include Alliance Atlantis Communications Inc., Canadian Tire Corp., Hub International Ltd., Leitch Technology Corp., and ShawCor Ltd., Shaw Communications.
Howard Green is the anchor of BNN’s flagship interview program, Headline with Howard Green. His first book, Banking on America: How TD Bank Rose to the Top and Took on the U.S.A., was recently published by HarperCollins. Green is also an award winning documentary maker whose work has been broadcast worldwide. His best known film is The Investigation of Swissair 111, which won a Gemini Award and was nominated for two Emmys. Green is a native of Halifax, Nova Scotia.
